Obviously nobody is starting Josh Freeman at this point, but this may have a fantasy impact on guys like Vincent Jackson and Doug Martin

A guy in my league has been sending me Jared Cook and Amendola for V Jax trade requests. Thinking about doing it now. But part of me wants to wait and see. Maybe Glennon will throw the ball better.

As if my fantasy season could get any worse, V Jax is my WR1

Who knew the Bucs would be this dysfunctional?

I'm not that worried about VJax though. Unproven QB at least has a big 6'5" target to throw to. He should still see his targets. Certainly not ideal, but it's not time to panic until we see the product on the field.

I'm playing wait and see here, Freeman wasn't lighting the world up either.

the fantasy impact on doug martin will not be a negative one. A rookie will look his way often in the passing game and his carries will at the minimum go up and he is getting 25 a game right now.

we'll see how it shakes out with vjax, but when you have boldin and josh gordon AND tavon austin on the bench...life isnt' too bad

My WRs in 12 team standard

V Jax
Edelman
Amendola
T Austin
D Moore

This hurts me if it hurts V Jax

Add that to the fact that I have CJ Sucker that I picked in 1:6, and I have a bad team this year.

Freeman was completing 45% of his passes. Don't see how it hurts anyone

Should have a good impact for the cardinals defense this week.

Why are people acting like Tom Brady got hurt and they own a Patriots WR? Freeman blows

While I agree. No one wants their #1 WR to go through a QB change.

Yep. I don't think it negatively impacts any of the WRs.

Okay you guys have talked me off the cliff.

Doug Martin getting more involved in the passing game will be great since I own him in a PPR. He has disappointed me to this point, so hopefully this will be good for him. V-Jax has put up points, even with Freeman's shitty play, so I guess this can't hurt him too much. Like someone said above, he's a big target that an inexperienced QB may lean on.

Difference between Jacksonville and Tampa is in the offensive line.

Tampa - Top 5 Oline
Jacksonville - Top 25 Oline
(per yahoo and rotoworld)

Dare I say Doug Martin is a better running back than MJD and Vincent Jackson is a better WR than shorts. Change midseason can be rejuvenating or detrimental. Only Time will tell.

Blain Gabbert was completing 45% of his passes as well before injured FWIW.

How so? Defenses are going to key on Martin more than ever, and he's already leading the league in rushing attempts.
