Assuming McCoy does not play. Bounce back or a continuation of what we saw last week?

Projected 17 against the best run D in the league. (PPR)

McCo is out per Rotoworld. Good news for me as a McCoy owner, I'd rather Brown at this point. McCoy
quote:

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, LeSean McCoy (concussion) will not play in Thursday's game against the Bengals. McCoy has passed his baseline test, but hasn't yet been cleared by an independent neurologist. With the Eagles on a short week and out of the playoff chase, he won't be rushed. When previously asked if McCoy would play again this season if he's cleared, coach Andy Reid merely said, "there's a chance." Bryce Brown is safe to pencil in for a full workload against the Bengals' No. 11 rush defense.

So are they the best or the 11th best?

Would anyone think of starting Ingram vs. Tampa over Brown?

11th best. I would start Brown over Ingram for sure. Comparing him to guys like Bradshaw, McFadden, Moreno...not so sure.

They play better than the #11 ranked run D

what about Ryan Mathews vs CAR 28th ranked rush defense coming off of 25 carries against PIT over Bryce Brown? Am i crazy for considering this?

No that's tough. I have both and start both if I had to pick id pick Brown. Norv gives up on the run too easily and Brown is the passing back.

I think you are right. If McCoy is out, I'm going with Brown. It is gonna be a tough matchup though. And PHI pretty much abandoned the run last week.

Dang bro. You didn't have to laugh at me. I'm just trying to make the right moves to make the title game. I think Cincy has a better run D than Tampa. I'm a Saints fan, but realistic about Ingram's short comings as a RB.

What about Ballard vs. Houston over Brown?

You'd be crazy to start Ingram over Brown.

Here's my dilemma....Brown vs. Cincy on a short week or McFadden vs. KC? Brown is projected to have 14 points and McFadden is only projected to have 5 on the rotowire...

I could be wrong but I believe I read somewhere this week that Tampa has the number one run defense in the league.

Edit:

quote:

Brown had 12 carries for six rushing yards and two catches on four targets for six receiving yards Sunday against the Buccaneers. Spin: An absolutely dreadful performance from Brown against the league's No. 1 defense against the run. For fantasy owners who jumped on Brown after LeSean McCoy suffered a concussion, Sunday's output must have been particularly jarring, after Brown rumbled for 347 yards and four touchdowns in the preceding two games. Up next is a Bengals' defense that held DeMarco Murray to only 53 yards on the ground Sunday. In addition, McCoy could return, which would further limit Brown's fantasy upside.

Yeah, I play on RTSports and they have Tampa as 12 vs opponents RB and Cincy at 24.

I am just a little nervous about starting Brown on Thursday and getting similar out put like last week. That shite was demoralizing to watch after seeing BB beast the two previous weeks.

I am starting TRich and Brown, but was impressed by Ballard last week. Ingram has not started a game for me all season, but I could see him getting a goal line look in a probable high scoring match up.

I'm right there with you. I'm torn between Brown and McFadden this week. Look at my line up and tell me how you would play it...

If it hadn't been for Aaron Hernandez's game of the year and A.Foster's lack luster performance last night I'd be out of the playoffs.

Tampa has allowed the fewest yards rushing in the NFL. Brown almost killed me this weekend. I have to make a choice between Brown and Moreno.

Personally, I would probably go McFadden (if he starts) over Steven Jax. Just based off of the defenses they face.

That is a pretty stacked team.
