I am offered a trade that would involve me giving up Lahair for Pence, but I would get Bumgardner in exchange for Jamie Garcia. What are your thoughts..

My starting outfield would be:
Pence
Bourn
Kemp (when off of DL)
My ERA is killing me right now and I need another quality SP. I just did not know if Lahair has more upside at this point than Pence. I have Prince Fielder at 1B and Lahair in the OF right now.
