Boykin or Burleson? Which to pick up going forward?

tired of my shitty wr's, so i gotta scoop one of these guys up. just not sure which one.
i'm thinking Burleson has the bigger upside, but is a little riskier. Boykin MAY be a little more consistent

boykin will be big time when rodgers comes back.
this past week burleson got majority of his work done when Calvin Johnson was being blanketed by Revis...when revis went out burleson didnt do much and Megatron got his 100 yards+

Boykin is going to be more consistent but Burleson has more upside I think.
With having monster of a WR1 on the Lions he's always going to draw the most coverage leaving it open for Burleson to get a healhty amount of targets.
