I think he could be a steal and finish in as a top 10 WR. Am I completely off base here?

I'm not sure what you're basing that on. He's done diddly poo in the preseason and the Bears look terribleeeee

He was obviously highly regarded coming out of college given where he was drafted. The Bears are terrible and should be playing from behind a lot. Jeffrey is also injury prone and could miss time giving White more chances.
I certainly looked at him as a boom or bust pick, but think I got good value for him in the 13th rd.

I don't buy much into preseason but he's been like WR 208 of 215 as measured by PFF.
He's talented but I can't see him in the top 10. Hope for top 25

white was pretty raw coming out, so his injury keeping him off the field last year hurts. Expecting him to be top 10, even with a significant Alshon injury is extremely optimistic.

not big on him at all he has no idea how to run routes and the bears will be a dumpster fire

Hands are too small. Doesn't run great routes.

White has a ton of problems.
He only played on the right side in college. Never learned to play not he left or in the slot.
Questionable route running.
Missed all of last year and did not get to work on his development.
If he ever does pan out it will be next year. This year is going to be about learning how to move around and play on different sides of the field.

More likely the prediction goes the other way, and he's never a stud. I just went cold on White.
