Big trade offered - need opinions

12 team PPR league (1 pt/catch); We start QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR/TE, K, and DEF
I got offered Dez Bryant and DeMarco Murray for Brandon Marshall and a RB (he wants Eddie Lacy but I might get him down to Ben Tate or Chris Ivory.
If the trade goes through, my line up would be:
Matt Ryan
Doug Martin
Demarco Murray
Dez Bryant
Larry Fitzgerald
Martellus Bennett
Eddie Lacy/Steve Johnson
Should I take the trade? I don't know if I trust Murray to stay healthy or if Bryant will get consistent targets (ala week 1). Also, I'll be trading with someone in my division. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah I'd do that. Marshall is a super stud but Dez is right behind him. I'd do it. Your team gets better.

I wouldn't take it if lacy will be back soon. I hate Murray. Dez and Marsh are the same to me.
