Baldwin or Charles Johnson flex?

Standard scoring and lineup.
Injuries and players not playing are killing me so I have to decide between these two in my flex. I think I'm leaNing Baldwin being stl gives up a lot to wr and the number 2 wr is out but everywhere I look has Johnson slightly higher. Who would you play?

Baldwin...Rams are pretty stout against the run but the Giants made the Rams secondary look like trash last week...ODB and Randle both had huge games...even Preston Parker had some catches. Seattle needs to win this game and will likely need to throw to do so.
Johnson's numbers have been on a steady decline over the past few weeks. Hard to trust Minny skill players in a meaningless game even though the Bears defense isn't very good.
