Browns DC Ray Horton said Josh McCown suffered a broken left collarbone in the Week 2 loss to the Ravens.
This is the first we've heard of this, as there's yet to be any official word on what McCown's injury is. If true, McCown played a full three quarters with an injury that is likely to sot him upwards of two months. Tony Romo missed nine weeks with a similar injury last season, and Aaron Rodgers missed seven weeks in 2013. McCown could be a candidate for I.R.-designated for return. It sure seems like third-round rookie Cody Kessler will be making starts into November

I know Gordon was a king maker of bad QBs a few years ago....but even if he's the same player, this will be tough.

With his ADP, I don't think any of us were banking on him being a sure fire starter...or better yet by the time we picked him we already had a starting lineup. I got him in the 8th. If Gordon turns into a WR2 or high WR3 then that's just lagniappe. It does limit his ceiling..monster every week on the AB/Julio level is off the table...but I think cooks/Cooper/Landry production is still a possibility. When it comes down to it, Josh Gordon is a hard human being to cover.

I have him as hopefully my flex starter in a 3WR start league. really just need him for depth as after my starting roster of Beckham / Evans / Landry, all i have is him and Michael Thomas. If he surpasses that expectation i will be feeling good.

Maybe the rookie throws to Gordon more often because he will be a safety blanket.

He will be my wr3 in a 20 team start 3 wr/te league

I have him as my 5th WR...on most rosters I can not imagine a 5th with more upside/past track record of success.

I am holding him as nothing more than a potential bye week flex/ potential playoff weapon.

I don't think the collarbone is in the hand.

depends on your league and bench size I guess, I dropped him because I have a short bench in one league.

Kessler isn't a total bum. Has nice stock, throws a nice ball. He won't be great but if games start to get away from them, they will clean up in garbage time
