Are Grayson or Petty worth signing and stashing in a dynasty league?

My 2 and 3 are Foles and Manziel. Both are garbage but no other starters are available. I'm thinking about dumping both of them and just signing Grayson and Petty. I mean, it can't be any worse than them, right? My QB1 is Cam and I am screwed anyway with an injury.

I would keep Manziel. Even if he's let go, I'm 100% sure he'd get picked up by another team in the NFL.

Not a salary cap league, so free. We can only protect a certain number of players before the draft, so one or both of them might be gone before next season anyway.

I'd be curious if he'd be traded to the Texans, or if Chip stayed and tried to get him. Any other team and he'd probably never see the field again or not be worth a fantasy start (like the Rams).
