Anyone still starting Dustin Hopkins with wind issues?

Have him in two leagues and have liked not having to stream kickers. Don't want to drop but also don't want to carry two. Should I just roll with him even with high winds?

Tucker is gonna be facing the same wind conditions as Hopkins so I don't understand your tactics.

I don't own Hopkins. If I did, I might let it ride as well.
I'm not sure I want to drop anyone, plus I'm 4-0 in the league, so I can sustain a loss if it comes down to a K. I don't want to put a K avg 12.3ppg on waivers then possibly deal with streaming Ks ROS.
I'm still debating though, I could drop a bench warmer for this game.
