RB friendly offense, might be the lead back for the Ravens.

I've got Randle on bye, Charles injured, K. Williams still in protocol....just trying to get by.

quote:

Javorius "Buck" Allen, Baltimore Ravens: As of this writing, little information is available on the severity of starter Justin Forsett's ankle injury, which happened late in an overtime loss to Cleveland in Week 5. Allen responded to the extra attention with a career-high 58 rushing yards on eight carries, the majority of his damage coming on a 44-yard run midway through the third quarter. The rookie fourth-round pick has shown shiftiness and has the receiving ability to make an impact, should Forsett be forced to miss any time. There are other variables in play here with the presence of Lorenzo Taliaferro, who missed Week 5 with a knee injury, but Allen's upside is worth adding in all formats.

In, but Forsett practiced today.

Eta: and BAL plays late so I'll likely have to make other arrangements if Forsett's status isn't known by 11a on Sunday.

I own Forsett in a WR heavy PPR league in which I'm thin at RB. Him going gimpy when Doug Martin is on bye and Ellington is still an unknown is tremendously inconvenient.

Lorenzo going to IR maybe the reason for activating another RB.
