Its a PPR format, so obviously he has value and the Bye week is killing me. Just thinking, if Beckham is limited and Randle doesnt play Vereen should get a ton of looks, no?

Carries are trending down, Buffalo has a very stout run defense, has scored less than 5 pts in 3/4 wks, is being outplayed by Gio every game...I would say there are alot of backs that are better plays than Hill, Vereen being one of them. Add Hill to the heaping pile of RB's that were supposed to be studs this year but havent done shite. This is why WR's will always be safer and a better investment in Fantasy.

I wouldn't call you crazy for starting Vereen over him this week. Hill has struggled and I doubt he gets it together this week against Buffalo. Vereen holds more value than usual this week with the injuries to OBJ and Randle but going forward I think Hill will turn things around. Vereen isn't being used as consistently as he was in New England. Unless Jennings gets hurt I think he'll probably be nothing more than a boom or bust flex play going forward.

whut?

I will say however that RBs are more volatile than they used to be, but taking a shot at a top back is nearly always the best play in the Top 5 picks of the draft, regardless of how that ends up.

Really? Because you laughed at that, I wont be subtle...

ADP of RB's according to Yahoo. (let's go top 20 to really hammer this home)
1. Peterson
2. Bell
3. Lacy
4. Charles
5. Lynch
6. Forte
7. Anderson
8. Murray
9. Hill
10. McCoy
11. Forsett
12. Miller
13. Ingram
14. Gore
15. Morris
16. Gordon
17. Murray
18. Hyde
19. Ellington
20. Stewart

Now let's see how many of those are even in the top 30 of W/R/T total scoring in a PPR as of wk 6.

7. Jamaal Charles (done for the year)
14. Forte
26. Bell
28. Ingram
30. Forsett

5 RB's drafted in top 20 of all RB's are in the top 30 right now. Not alot of return on your 1st round investment. Do we need to look at the WR's?
