I know it is only week one, and don't want to panic yet. He hardly got the ball and did not seem to run well out of the shotgun. Do you all think that he will bounce back and have a comeback year?

There was no passing game to loosen up that front 7. Of course he struggled.
He's also traditionally sucked vs the 49ers, a fact I wish I'd known prior to this weekend.

As a Peterson owner, I'm expecting a few weeks of mediocre performances before he "figures it out"

This is what I am thinking as well. I m not ready to abandon him yet, I am hoping as the passing game loosens things up, he gets going. I also hope they continue to use him in the passing game as well.
