Aaron Rodgers or Andy Dalton??

I can't believe this is even a question I would ask. I think Dalton has the better matchup against a weaker Steelers D, but I feel starting him over Rodgers is the equivalent of ordering a hamburger at a steakhouse.

Standard 12 team non PPR league. I need the points as my opponent had Tom Brady, Dion Lewis, and the Pats D. He's already out to a 63.5-0 lead.
