Bell- hasn't done much
Elliot
McCoy
Antonio - no TD yet
Julio - no TD yet but he should be ok
Odell - maybe not even play today
AJ - not his fault
Howard

On a side note, the top 3 QBs, RBs, WRs in my league so far are
Alex Smith
Trevor Siemen
Carson Wentz

Karem Hunt
Gillespie
Chris Thompson

Agohlor
Crabtree
Tyreek Hill

We're only two games in. Lots of data on some of those guys so we know they'll turn it around. Antonio had 11 catches last week, outside of DJ last year, even the best players don't put up 15+ every week

Point taken.

But I would very much prefer my first rounders finish strong.

Howard

I have zero sympathy for anyone that drafted him in the first round.

I drafted Freeman in a 12 man at the 9 slot and he's done fine.

So much for "expert" rankings lol. Outside of maybe a handful of guys, drafts are a total crapshoot. You win on the waiver wire and/or trades. Unless you just hit that god mode draft....

I think Auction drafts should be more common. I'd like to get my league to switch, but they really enjoy not having to prepare and just have some draft sheet in front of them telling them who to pick.

We switched to an auction style waiver this year, and its already showing "pretenders" from "contenders"

FAAB is the only way to go for waivers IMO. I haven't done an auction draft yet, but not sure it's for me.

You don't like having control of who you pick?

I tend to focus in on guys and over pay for them on waivers and believe I would do the same in a draft. Since the NFL uses a snake type draft, that's another reason I like snake draft. I may try auction next year in one of the free espn leagues.

We are two weeks in. I very much hope that people in my leagues look to dump all of these "garbage" top rounders.
