12 is perfect. 14 is not terrible, but a lot harder if it is a knowledgeable group

No, but I think 12 is better.

I've done up to 16, that is too many. 14 is manageable, 12 is optimal.

12 is perfect. 10 will do. 8 fricking sucks. 14 might get a little too difficult.

12 is perfect. 14 is challenging but I'd rather 14 to 10. 10 seems like everyone starts off with a solid team. 14 only the smart managers will have good teams

I've been in the same 14 team league with the same other 13 people since 9th grade (I'm in 15th grade now) so a 14 team league is normal to me. Late round picks are hard but it makes you study up on offseason moves to see who might be more useful if a better player left/got traded/is hurt.

I love 14 and even 16 team fantasy football leagues. It makes every position an absolute battle where you really have to dig deep to find a quality starter. The strategy is so much more intense.

14 team Auction League with a FAAB is a great way to determine a champion. There is no lucking into a championship with that format.

yeah just eliminate a roster spot. Also make sure you get a decent qb.

14 is better, imo. It really separates the men from the boys.
