Ryan Griffin vs Jaguars
Dennis Pitta vs Eagles
Jermaine Gresham vs Saints
Leaning Gresham with Floyd gone but Brock loves his TE and CJ is out so Griffin gets the start. Pitta is always hit or miss.

with those options Gresham is the obvious answer but he's still questionable to play.

I'd roll Griffin for the reasons you mentioned, assuming Gresham sits. If Gresham is healthy, you gotta roll him. Wouldn't feel comfortable depending on Pitta. Not that any of these give me the warm and fuzzies.
