I keep hearing over and over again about the Democrats' ability to run a ground game on election day. Fox News just had a guy on saying that Trump had a ton of enthusiasm but Clinton knew how to get turn out.

They don't. They struggle with voter fraud.

Trump didn't have a ground game.

Maybe you should have nominated someone who knew what they were doing.

Republicans drive themselves to the polls and vote.

Democrats pick up homeless cats and pay them in cigs. This is called "a ground game."

Serious answer -

Dems count cities as huge strong holds. When 95% of your voters live within 5 miles of their precinct, it pays huge dividends.

Getting out the vote in rural counties and even suburbs is a bitch.

It is as simple as that. People will talk about fraud and getting paid and shite like that, but it is much simpler.

You mean Romney's ground game that his own campaign set up? Like a professional presidential campaign staff does?

If you have ever lived in a mixed neighborhood and also lived in an upper middle class all white neighborhood, then you know..

The mixed neighborhood you will have people talking to the neighbors, visiting on each other's veranda, hanging out on the neutral ground.

White neighborhood, people don't even act like they see their neighbors while taking out the trash and wave, much less actually talk to the neighbors.

people stop seeming like the enemy once you actually sit down and talk to them. we're all in this together; act like it.
