These mother frickers already starting with their bullshite.

I want the American people to decide if we can term limit you bastards. We don't need you up there for 20+ years and acquiring miraculous wealth in spite of your gov't salary.

This will be the most interesting political battle of the first part of Trump's Presidency. Congress needs to wake up! I can see a lot of supporters from both political parties getting behind Trump on term limits.

I am mostly in favor of this but saw an opposing view point. It would make the lobbyist ticks in Washington king-makers. They could just offer to park their money with whichever candidate was willing to play ball.

This is where a lot of the really provocative promises start to fall off of the agenda typically isn't it? Time will tell but a lot of the rally promises never see the light of day...

term limits have already been ruled unconstitutional ... requires an amendment to the constitution ...

and LOL at any trumpette (or clintonista) who actually thought the president could get congress to consider that ...

but, hey, MAGA ...

McConnell's quote: "We have term limits now. They’re called elections."

What does this even mean? Does the old POS not know the definition of term limits?

McConnell and Ryan need to go... The vote last night was as much a protest against them as anything...

You people are amazing. He hasn't even been sworn in and he is already failing in your eyes.

tDev, I thought you weren't going to have much to say for the next few months?

McConnel is one of those that need to go down the swamp drain

McConnel better be careful in saying what won't happen...things are going to get interesting starting in January

Not really. I don't want term limits for senators. If anything, they are still too easily pushed around by little punks that win the presidency.

as i mentioned last night, it's people like rand paul, trey mcgowdy, and jason chaffetz that makes it hard to support this. these are only a very minute few but i feel like they have some pull among the rest of house and senate.

This has nothing to do with him failing. This about congressman on both sides who will never agree to this. He may choose to work with them and get some things on his agenda passed rather than go to war with his own party right off the bat.

Is that unreasonable?

Had a thought and decided to share...shrug..
