Michigan STILL not done counting votes?

i know it's kinda irrelevant at this point, but how the heck can a state STILL not be done counting votes at this point? on CNN it says only 95% of the votes have been counted

again, I know it's not a huge deal, but I still want to know which way they tilted, and find it really odd that in this day and age, a big electoral state still isn't decided, even after the result is over

Still leaning trump but Hillary has some blue counties left. Nyt still projects trump to win but she has a chance.

There are often times issues other than President that have to be counted like local ordinances and local elections that can be a lot closer than the Presidential election. They count everything together.

NYT had Michigan at >95% for Trump when I went to bed, now its at 77% as the margin narrows.

WTF is going on

CNN's map still has NH, MI, and MN as not complete. Polls have been closed 16-17 hours by now. I don't see how this can be so hard. In Alabama we fill in a paper ballot and a machine scans it. Other states have electronic voting booths. Seems like with all of the technology we have in 2016 this could be knocked out much faster.
