They would easily lose the fight against deporting illegal immigrants.
ETA: I was happy to take my free pocket constitution from them earlier this year. I hope I helped to drain a large portion of the ACLU's budget.

I assume the ACLU is a non-profit. Lets let the Trump IRS look around at their books for a couple or 4 years.
They might think they are big bad attorneys, but the full weight of an IRS multi year audit should frighten anyone. The DOJ never got Capone, but the IRS did.
