Well shit, thanks for pointing that out to me Captain Obvious. I think you missed the key part of that sentence "to me" which means it's my opinion. Plenty of people here weigh in every day and that works for them. I, personally, don't think it's a good idea for me.
I know that with my current weight loss program that it's going to be slow going, and to help keep myself mentally tough I have to weigh less. I feel like if I'm only weight in once or twice a week then I'm seeing drops of 2-3 pounds at a time vs 0 or a tenth of a pound here and there. And that works very well for me

As he said, the scale showed 1.5 lbs more yesterday than today. It is impossible to know where you really are weighing once a week. I dropped 1.8 lbs from yesterday morning to today...but gained 2 from Sunday to Monday.
yo b, saw a picture of myself recently and thought I looked more bloated than usual. have been maintaing the same weight but want to shed whatever it is causes this .. I drink a shite ton of water, but cutting out drinking during the week will probably remedy this eh?
Weight coming off VERY SLOWLY now. Also recently moved and found a new gym. It's always packed at my usual time, and I've been spending 2+ hours there to get in a workout that just isn't as intense as I'd like because of the crowd. Getting weights/equipment just takes forever. So I started a P90X/running hybrid system to up the workout intensity.
