stolen requires they exist in no other location. If they are copies, by definition they cant be "stolen".

That's the strangest attempt at legalese I've seen all week. The fact they are copies does not alter the legality.

Ignoring that argument...Greenwald should then be arrested immediately for having the documents.

Is that what we want? Arrest of journalists who expose government corruption?

"Vengeance is mine sayeth Greenwald!"

I will be far more aggressive in my reporting from now. I am going to publish many more documents. I am going to publish things on England too. I have many documents on England's spy system. I think they will be sorry for what they did.

Greenwald will be dead inside of a month.

Likely a suicide by multiple gunshot wounds.

The courts have decided that reporting classified information is protected by the 1st amendment, presuming it serves the greater needs of the country.

The government has every right to secure it though, and prevent further dissemination.

I've yet to see any substantial proof from Greenwald. His pieces are high on conjecture and hypotheticals, and quite lite on facts. He has a very limited understanding of the programs involved and his reporting continues to skew the facts to fit his own government abuse narrative.

Not sure what the administration is paying you to be a Cyber Warrior.

But they're getting fricked out of their money.
