If you actually listened to what he said you'd have seen he didn't criticize the verdict. I doubt 99% of the posters in this thread listened to his statement. What he did will lessen the impact of the DOJ's ultimate decision which will be not to pursue this case. He let those upset know that he hears them. He let you know why people are upset although I doubt you'll listen. It was a statement not from a teleprompter and not for political reasons because he knows the reaction from many. He did it because no one better is able to address this and IMO his statement was just what this country needed to move on. It was historical. And you can bash and cry and whine all you want but you're wrong and history will show you're wrong.
How about he just shuts the frick up? You know, stays out of it? Lets it die a natural death?
Even commenting at all does nothing but fan the flames. If he doesn't know that already, he damn well should.
