The quote, bold, link, etc. commands dont work on my Windows Phone


If I try to quote something, this is what happens:

Hello Chicken

I quoted that prior message and instead of showing up on my screen, it shows up above the ad.

look at the top of the picture:




Any way we can fix this?

Yeah, it looks like BlackBerry is about to go out of business. If I have to get a new phone, I'm getting the Windows Phone.

Yeah I like it except for the lack of apps compared to iPhone and Android. This problem is annoying too but I'm sure there's something that can correct it.
