I'm trying to determine if I'm healthy. I've heard people say they take three dumps a day which sounds suspiciously awful. How is that practically feasible in the long run?
I'm of the camp that dropping one large quality load a day is sufficient. Just clear the ole' pipes and skip right out the door...am I alone or is there a compromise on the horizon?
