I tried to take my truck to Cavin's a week ago, and they said they wouldn't be able to get it into the shop until the end of July/beginning of August. If you are looking to get your vehicle repaired in the near future, you may want to look elsewhere.
ETA: not bashing them because obviously I was going to get my truck worked on there, just giving you a heads up

Not sure about the quality of their work, but I was recently warned against them (my car is in need of somewhat major paint & body work from a recent wreck) by a former auto liability adjuster because of their practices of bilking the insurance carriers. She gave me some suggestions about very reputable and high quality places, but I've forgotten who the are at the moment.

Bilking??? thats kinda strong based on an insurance reps opinion dont you think. I have dealt with Medines 3 times and was totally satisfied each time.Insurance companies dont like dealing with them because they will not use reman or used parts when fixing a vehicle. My wife wrecked her Monte Carlo back in 03.It was 6 months old and progressive would only approve reman parts and would not pay to have the paint color sanded to make everything match the way it should.Medines would only use GM OEM parts and thats what we did. They ate the difference and I dropped progressive. I would use Medines again without hesitation.
