Baltimore = St. Louis

Both have really great old stock as cities (as in infrastructure/housing), but both seem rather sad, at this point in time, as to how many folks have moved out of each place.

I suppose, to an extent, that makes both underrated.

There are 3 cities in the United States. New York, Chicago, San Fran and maybe New Orleans. The rest are metro-plex. Strip malls and suburbs aren't cities.

Portland and Austin disagree with you, both way better cities than NOLA.

Not at all. Why or how could what I said be considered trolling?

Haven't heard an unkind word about Seattle in my life, other than that it rains a tad and they don't like building basketball arenas on command. I'd say Seattle is near-universally beloved.
