No, he isn't. Holder will let this roll right off his back just he has done with everything else. Only the President can fire him and that will not happen.

oh look...I was right

Obama Orders Holder to Investigate Holder...

quote:

President Obama is a little uneasy with the way journalists have been dragged into the Justice Department’s aggressive pursuit of national security leak investigations. In fact, he has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to conduct a 45-day review of the department’s guidelines on the issue.

Holder has already assigned his two top men to get to the bottom of this --

Obama already has another Chicago thug all lined up to replace Holder. And Holder will say he wanted to move onto other things anyway.

I'm not big on praying, but I feel like aria stark right before she goes to sleep, except this is the only guy on my list I would love love love love to see locked away in a Mexican prison.

re: Holder signed off on Fox search warrants!

quote:

In his speech Thursday, Obama reiterated his determination to pursue leak investigations. "We must enforce consequences for those who break the law and breach their commitment to protect classified information," he said.

But, he said, "Our focus must be on those who break the law," not journalists. He said he was calling on Congress to pass a media shield law and had raised the issue with Holder, "who shares my concern."

Holder doesn't give a frick about "freedom of the press" and neither does Obama. If Obama gives a frick about it then why is Holder still in office?

This is a disgrace

He has become a lightning rod and a clear political liability for the Obama administration. Therefore, I hope Obama lets him continue on.

Obama said he was troubled by it, so all is well.

Yes Obama is concerned about this mess! Holder is a "rook" and is of much higher value than his "pawn" list BUT he'll sacrifice a rook any day to avoid checkmate! Some fodder smarts losing more than others but in the end, fodder is fodder!
