yeah but I really couldn't tell a decline in 2005..then the build up like I expected to see...I don't know

depends when the images were taken. its not a straight through timeline with no stops. might be a year between some images

I was living in Vegas for a while in the 80's, then moved out here again just before Katrina. I'd seen for myself how much the valley has changed but I'm still shocked when I see how much Lake Mead and surrounding waterways have dried up.

Pan out and watch, as Vegas grows, Lake Meade shrinks.

A&E, Discovery, I forget which, had an great bio on Vegas and addressed the whole Colorado River fiasco, water meter maids working all night, Cali, Colo,Tex, NM, Az, etc..fight for the limited water supply and what the future holds.
