Clearing atv trails

Any reason why I shouldn't spray diesel to clear some brush on a couple of atv trails on my deer tract? Mixing roundup seems to be a pain. Thanks.

At $3.75 a gallon round up may be cheaper.

Should have clarified in OP. there is no room to get a tractor in these areas.

re: Clearing atv trails
How will diesel be a less pain in the arse than roundup?

Eta. - And diesel won't kill as well.

Mainly bc of the mixing. But I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that diesel would kill better than rounfup.

Fill up tank with water. Then add roundup.

I would rather that than smell like diesel.

Diesel really won't kill unless you saturate the ground with it. If it was effective they wouldn't have roundup.

re: Clearing atv trails
Well they have roundup bc diesel is apparently on the EPA's shitlist as a weed killer.

Get yourself one of these. Can clear the trail and also be used when forming a phalanx. LINK

If you want instant kill. Get some paraquat. Add it in with the round up. Watch weeds melt before your eyes.

EPA catches you, be really to pay out your ass. I know someone that had that problem.

Roundup much better in the long run, but grass is your friend. No grass= more mud ruts in winter.

The only trails I've ever made included a dozer or just driving over the same place dozens of times.

Hold brake on fourwheeler. Press gas. Profit.

I installed a heavy duty push bumper on my bike for running over trees. I neglected to get one that covered the head lights though. They are being held together by duct tape.

Pretty sure you can do it on your own property so long as there arent any natural waterways.
