Has anyone had any experience with Lakes at Jamestown at the corner of Perkins and Pecue? It's a Carlos Alvarez development. Not sure if that's good or bad.
Has really nice lake/walking trail/swimming pool/fitness center amenities. Lots are on the small side but not tiny.
Biggest negatives I see is the rail line that borders the neighborhood ( about 14 trains per day pass thru there
) and the shabby neighborhood next to it.
Biggest positives I see, other than value for the aforementioned amenities, are that the rest of the area is really nice with some nice neighborhoods nearby, and the fact that only 1 house out of 200 in there have gone up for sale in the last 3 months.
