I didn't miss it, You would be stupid enough to launch into a blind rage and murder a police officer?

Lol. Taser, mace, etc. No reason to go straight to bullets in a damn neighborhood no less.

I'm guessing you never sprayed mace in a dog's face. I'm guessing you never got close enough to a pissed off dog to attempt to taser it. Rover would eat your arse and it may take a while for you to resort to a gun. If the dog becomes aggressive just shoot the m'fukker. There are plenty on death row. Just go get one to replace the dead one.

Is it true that they charge you with killing an officer if you kill a police dog? I've heard that before but always found it hard to believe...

Good possibility of it. Not much I wouldn't do for my dog, and if some pos cop kills him for no reason, I might go off the handle.

Yeah no one in here would shoot a fricking cop

With that said majority of cops are worthless fricks... At least 51%

re: Cop shot the neighbor's dog...

So a cop goes into the garage and the dog defends its home and is killed for doing so. You find this, acceptable?

yes...the officer's job is to go into the garage...that is what the taxpayers pay his salary to do when an alarm goes off...and if a pet owner knows his dog has the potential to be aggressive, his duty is to keep the dog away from public access...

sounds to me like the only one who did anything wrong was the homeowner...shame on him for allowing his dog to potentially harm someone who was just doing his job...

Right, which is why dogs have been known to visit their dead owners' graves. Dumbass.

so. Sorry to mess up your image of a dog.. Yes he does love you, if he had thumbs he would text you so.

my dogs are part of my family. if it came between saving either of my dogs or you from falling off a cliff, you'd be a dead mutha fricka.

The cop obviously handled the situation incorrectly, but the above quote is a perfect example people way overvaluing their animals.

I'm not a pussy. I can handle a 70 lb dog. I would assume a cop is capable of the same.

And I was referring more to the liability of a bullet ricocheting in a neighborhood.

re: Cop shot the neighbor's dog...

The dad just beat the cop to the house...the restaurant is only a few miles from the house...

Alarm goes off: takes at least 90-120 seconds for calls to be made. Mine calls the house first, cops second, then my cell third if cops are called...so we're at 3-5 minutes.

Dad gets the call, gets to the parking lot and drives 3 miles home. So we're well over 10 minutes from the initial alarm sounding. He's been inside for 3-5 minutes and then the cops show up. So the cops are responding to an alarm at least 15 minutes after the triggering of it like someone is still there? Terrible.
