Hell, I pulled a D5g hooked up to my Ranch hand bumper. Just gotta get it balanced correctly

I'm pretty sure it's not over 12k dead weight but its definitely well over the 500lb tongue weight that all the hitches I'm finding are rated for. ETA: Oreilly had a class III/IV (what kinda stupid shite is that?) that only had a 500lb tongue weight. How is it class IV but only rated for 500? This is a screwed up system.
