You are too early, this thread starts at 5a.

No one is getting up now. We are the insomniacs(or people like me staying up all night to Kilz my room before the floor guys come here at 9. No sleep till tomorrow for me.(just realized TD cost me an hour or so , lol)

oh and Coke Zero, though around 7 I plan on cooking some farmers eggs with corned beef hash.

I suggest coconut water, eggs, bacon, and aspirin for you. Then more coconut water.

Most grocery stores. Drink a carton before bed and you drastically decrease the chance you wake up with a hangover.

It also works to help get rid of a hangover if you do have one.

Morning to all - cup of coffee right now. Toast with PB&J until after my bike ride, then 'll make a few scrambled egg, spinach and pepper jack cheese sandwiches on whole what english muffins.

Good morning! The usual oatmeal with honey, walnuts and peanut butter mixed in. I use steel cut oatmeal, the kind you cook for 25 minutes. Yogurt too. But nothing until I have 2 cups of Community dark roast first.
