Just more people that dont understand what torrenting is. You dont download files from pirate bay or kickass. They simply provide you with access to torrents they have found. When you torrent, you are downloading a file from numerous seeders (people who have the file you want and open in their torrent manager) on the internet. When you are downloading a torrent, you are also allowing others to download the part of the file you have downloaded from your computer. People who are downloading a torrent are called leachers and again the people who have the file that is being torrented by others is a seeder.
