Russian those 10 million bitcoins increase in difficulty as more are mined. They also payout at slower levels over time.

It honestly might not be worth the trouble given how long it will take to mine and the volatility of the value.

yes and no

because there is an element of luck to mining as well. while a more powerful computer increases the odds of solving a block, it doesn't guarantee it will happen.


Is there any reason to believe the investment in "mining" will provide better odds than a deposit at fulltilt or pokerstars!
