I don't see what's so bad about him. For many years, local coverage of recruiting was almost non existent. Bill Baumgardner was pretty good, but we only got an article every few weeks. BR was worse.

He's good, but he has a huge ego and does not know how to handle criticism. He tends to make what he does "about him" rather than the kids. Let the stupid stuff slide, jimmy! You do good work but come of as a douche

The three or four times I've talked to him he seemed ok, but, I take your word for it, Lester.

See: the Stevie Douglas stuff. And read his twitter. He talks shite about other sites in attempt to prove his own worth. He just seems slimy. I've never talked to him in person, but certainly people act differently behind a computer.

Truer words were never spoken. Not here, of course, but True, nonetheless. Douglas? The home schooled kid?

Jimmy is more personally involved than most. Running the Bootleggers, he coaches and travels with a lot of these kids. For him, it is about learning how to be a reporter. Access to kids is no issue for him.
