If you watch the accompanying video it stated that the student senate actually voted to kick Chick-fil-a off of the campus. The administrators, however informed them that since Chick-fil-a had a three year contract, it would cost the school too much to toss them out. I'm pretty sure they would have been booted out otherwise for a hand full of weak minded students.

That's the amazing part of the story.
On Feb. 21st, 15 of the 20 members of the Student senate voted in favor of removing the chicken store, while only 3 voted to allow it to stay, with 2 abstentions. So 75% of the students who are supposedly "representing" the student body voted for removal while a student poll showed 85% of the students were in favor of them staying.
Kind of helps one understand how things get so effed up in Washington!
Fortunately, the Union Building Board, which voted 8-3 on Feb. 27th to keep the chicken flowing, is composed of a mix of staff, faculty and students.
Clearer heads prevailed.

I disagree with him but he's no worse than the people on your side who can't wait for all the old people to die who are opposed to same sex marriage.

Wishing AIDS upon an entire group of people so that they suffer an agonizing death from it is the same as looking forward to old people dying of natural causes so that a more accepting generation becomes the majority?

Novel idea here. If it offends you so much find another school that doesn't have Chick-Fil-A and attend. You have choices too. I'm so sick and tired of different groups saying you have to conform to our ideas becasue we don't like yours. Glad to see your open minded of others thoughts.
