does anyone know if plaques like the ones in the pic below are still suppose to be going up around the westside plaza area? I know these renderings look a little different then how it turned out so i figured maybe not.

I really hope they don't splatter Tounces' face all over every flag. It will get to a point where you can't look any direction without Tounces winking at your crackerjack.

That's just shite the designer threw in the initial renderings. They had the same stuff for the West Side champions plaza and toonces is nowhere to be found.

Yes.
ETA:
After BCSF they will start working on the walk (which is where the rendering is looking from) and put in the finishing touches around the North and West plazas.

Lemoine is doing the construction and a company out of birmingham did the design work ( i believe)

The plan is to get the North done before BCSF and finishing touches on the West and completion of the champion's walk before the season starts.
Also, bap, I don't think all of the things shown on the rendering will be in the finished product and I know there is at least one feature not shown that will.

The entire project is a Lemoine/Brasfield & Gorrie Joint Venture. We sell materials to Lemoine/B&G and many of the subcontractors on the jobsite. I think the entire project is in the neighborhood of $85M. Can't wait to see the finished product.
