Check out the .zip file. I was very surprised at some of the CAD files in there. Things like DIAS.

Just curious what does it cost to produce something like this (not procuring the system) just using it.

The guy with DD said that right now it costs them about $100 to make one 30 round magazine.

When did this happen? A month or so ago they said it was not yet feasible to print a fully working semi-automatic rifle.

That's with his machine. If you bought a Replicator it would cost you a tiny fraction of that.
There are people on DefCad.org that say it costs them less than $10 to print the AR lower.

Isn't the lower the most difficult part to actually develop? The barrel shouldn't be too difficult, right?
