I don't know what's funnier, the fact that Budweiser is watering down it's beer (obviously no real surprise if it's true) or the fact that it took this long for anyone to notice.

Wouldn't be surprised. InBev was described as a heavy cost cutter during the takeover of Bud.

I new elitist snobbery would ensue. I love micro-brews and drink them often. However, many times in my life I love a Bud or PBR. Examples, on the beach drinking in the sun all day. At a bar watching a game but need to keep tab light and PRB is a dollar. So please spare us all the lecture.

I thought all this time "watering down the beer" meant using rice as an adjunct as a sub for barley malt. 
Never thought they would actually use water..
