As an operator in the medical business aren't you heavily relying on govt largesse in the form of Medicare?

I hope you've talked to your employees and explained the dynamics re your altruistic choices, SH. Such will create the necessary bonds, if or when all the chips are down.
The 'spirit' of Barack Obama and his " spiritual mentor", the Rev. (  ) god damn America- Jerimiah Wright may well be the human vessels of engineering a pay-back curse on this nation, ordained by God, for past sins. Many and which most of were a product of ignorance and the cultural times.
Even so, as the Book says..."the offense must come, but woe to them that it comes by". And..."he that leadeth into captivity...goeth into captivity". Both them and their delusioned servants are destined for the 'evil' trash pile of history. Nws they believe they are the good guys. Book says that too..."that they will kill the children of God (people who worship Truth), and believe they are doing God a favor".
I've watched and thought for over 40 years, and I must say...I am astounded that the 'lie'  can survive in a time of such open dialogue.
This will be a HISTORIC epoch, assuming that 'history' survives, and tells the Truth.

No, you really didn't. You just took it to an extreme and created a strawman argument. Technically, you are correct. Anytime money changes hands it can affect the economy. That's why I said "for the most part". It's has no where near the impact it would it I was an active consumer/investor.

I waited tables and made more than $8/hr...and in the summer I worked in various O&G blue collar jobs....made significantly more than $8/hr.

When it was political season I was making $12/hr. Unfortunately that time has passed and I'm back to making minimum wage.

Hmm...NO! I take medicare and medicaid only out of compassion for the pt's. Most of my HA's and overhead are related to dealing with these two shitstorms. I would fire'em all, but then they'd be without a doc. I can see one privately insured pt for the same as 3 mcaid/mcare.

How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I was making $20 an hour cutting grass when I was 12. I'd hate to know I was arguing with a helpless little kid.
