I guess you can't call him a "lock", he's not a silent commit or anything...but do you really think he is leaving the state?? The answer is no.

very well, i also saw him play a few games in highschool and just was never blown away. Don't get me wrong, he was a sensational athlete.
FWIW Russel Shep. had a better highlight reel.
