I think I know a lot of LSU fans from throughout Louisiana.
I cannot tell you a single one of them that would consider ULL LSU's rival. That is reality.

Whatever they want to call these games that they care about enough to name them?
Hell, I'd be more inclined to give a name to our series with someone like Southern Miss, UAB, Rice, Houston, Colorado State, Miami (OH) . . . you know, teams that have actually beaten us before. 
Naming the USL series is right up there with coming up with a nickname for the Texas State, Co-Lin, or Jackson Prep series.
