While I am enjoying the progress of our basketball team, you have to admit that the average fan has much more to be excited about with our baseball team.
Average fan may not get too excited about the fight for an NIT birth, but will get excited about the early season prospect of a trip to Omaha.

But the average fan (across US) knows how much more important college bball is than college baseball. I wish LSU was a bigger basketball school.

People just see that LSU is losing in that update and they scroll down. I mean I wouldn't have read the rest or liked something when we were losing.

If the average fan gets more excited about the 4th game out of 56 against a Southland conference team than a late season SEC matchup while we're fighting for post season, the average fan is a retard.
