I agree we should add all white, but not the uniform depicted in the OP's thread. That's why we shouldn't do all white uniforms, we don't do them right. If you have all white uniforms, you don't have a white stripe in between gold stripes. The stripe on the pants should match the jersey. It should be a gold stripe down the helmet and the pants with a purple stripe on each side, just like the jersey.

I love our uniforms the way they are, BUT....I also like a change once a year. I'd rather this for special games, and keep the purple jerseys for non conference games.

Tweak that a bit. If you're gonna go all white, the stripes on the helmet and pants should match the shoulder stripes. You don't have purple stripes on the pants with a little thin band of gold with more white in the center. That looks like shite. From a graphics point of view you don't put two low contrast colors (Yellow and White) next to each other.
