Thanks for all the advice. I am going to submit the cover letter. I wrote what I think is an excellent cover letter, got it reviewed by career services at school, and got their seal of approval.
Can you please explain what you witnessed in the interview that made you think they don't care too much about their employees?
I just read what was written in that message. I was dictating that to someone else while I was cooking, and they typed it up all wrong.
I simply meant to say that I think the interview went well except I was caught slightly off guard by the Gallup questions even though someone had forewarned me about them in the other thread.
I really want to work for Stryker. They are my number one choice. I don't believe that they don't care about their employees, especially after talking to current employees. I love that they do community service activities together outside of work.
