Time will tell on all this..but
All pro NC comments I respect above, well thought out, I just feel differently, but IMO my "evidence" is also valid, it is all in how you view things and in the end. But want to give "the other side" on a few issues raised above, not facts just opinions (as is 99% of above)
The assisstant at the bar arrest is 100% embarrasing and to date NC appears to have taken NO action, Know it is a private matter but he is in LSU's public eye and heard (not fact, but trust who told me) that he was thrwon out of bar partially for bothering girls obnoxioulsy there...if true NOT a good trait for a coach and he should be toast. Yes, I am sure I have done same in my youth, but I am not a rep for LSU in the public (thank goodness I am sure, from LSU's view..lol)
The fact 2 of our 4 coaches had babies as single moms in a 4 month period is of course thier business and I wish them/their kids well. However, I am of the opinion that while family is MUCH more importnat than works thier choices hurt our team from a recuruiting perspective and the fact the babies travel to away games and are at times at pracitce..it's a distraction. Not embaraaasing to me, but not a positive for the program
The on court record is our worst in 14 years. Whether one wants to accept this as "ok" or not, fine. I do not, but if they make NCAA's and win a single game in Trny I will be glad to say she did a "good job this year." Anthing less and I say a poor job. More, a great job.
I 100% supprt NC to get at least two more years here, almost no matter what. To date I think she has been average at best on the court, but OF COURSE I hope she wins big from now on and becomes a great coach for us..so far, I have grown skeptical about this.
The "arrogance" thing is a perception, again time will tell, and I do not know her personally, I may be wrong, but unless someone knows her well and wants to comment, we are all just speculating here.
Finally, I have heard same about her not reaching out to the past players etc. Agaain, IF this is true she has ever right to run things the way she sees fit, but I am going to still have my opinions on this.
