I really enjoy Colbert, but can't really stand Stewart anymore. If you are looking for something that leans a little more your way I would suggest Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld. It comes on at 2 am central time on Fox, so I usually just DVR it and watch it the next day.
Oh and the guys talking about satire, Rush Limbaugh is much better at satire than Stewart. Stewart has a staff of writers and still is hit or miss.

We DVR TDS and Colbert and often times we watch Colbert first or don't watch TDS at all. Colbert's character is great.

I watch very little TV. Maybe 1 hour a day on average. Last watched JS about 2 years ago. He wasn't funny. Struck me as a nicer looking, less abbrassive version of Bill Maher.
BTW, it is now 3:30 central time. My TV has not been turned on since 6 pm yesterday.

Complete and utter hack. He's Jesus to liberals, but won't admit to it. If he just owned up to the fact that he's a liberal biased commentator, then I wouldn't care so much.
In all the interviews he's done where people ask him about people buying into his political commentary, he throws his hands up and plays the "I'm just a comedian" card. If he's just a "comedian," it's only in the way that all the other worst kinds of liberals are: the tell their political opinion with overflowing sarcasm as to convey "if you don't agree with me then you're a moron."

LoL. Some of his bits are really funny and others suck. I like his stand up and few of his characters (Chupacabra, which got its start on Reno 911).
But to say Comedy Central is rarely funny is laughable.

I rarely watch any comedians anymore. Very few are funny anymore. Most have the idea that vulgar = funny and do nothing else. And alot of the remaining have such a left lean in their routine, it's a put off to watch.
